Loft conversions: Terraced – 40 cubic meters, detached/semi-detached – 50 cubic meters, with height and design restrictions.
Outbuildings: Detached, up to 30 sqm, not forward of the house’s principal elevation.
Porches: No permission if under 3 sqm floor area, not exceeding 3m in height.
