Description
This role will involve project support and administration for ongoing architectural design projects. Answering and making telephone calls to clients, planning officers, builders, and building control officers. Updating our CRM system, diaries, and spreadsheets with meticulous accuracy.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage their workload, and handle a high volume of data accurately. The candidate will be able to assist our designers, customers, sales, and marketing teams. Be able to think things through, solve problems and prioritise work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Emailing and organising internal/ external stakeholders
- Telephoning and Liaising with customers, contractors, and enquiries
- Continual updating of CRM system
- External Sourcing
- High quality customer service
Role Requirements
- Excellent Administration Skills with a proven track record
- The ability to communicate at all levels via telephone and email
- Fully proficient in all Microsoft Packages
- Previous CRM experience
